Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated: August 1, 2026

1. One-Time Digital Purchases

All online courses, course collections, bundles, videos, downloadable materials, and other digital products offered by Susanna’s Atelier are sold as one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout.

Purchases do not automatically renew and do not create a subscription or recurring-payment obligation.

2. 14-Day Limited Refund Policy

Susanna’s Atelier offers a limited refund period for eligible digital purchases.

Refund requests may be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date.

Because access to digital course content is normally provided immediately after successful payment, a refund may be denied if a substantial portion of the purchased content has already been accessed, viewed, completed, or downloaded.

In determining whether a substantial portion of the content has been used, Susanna’s Atelier may consider available course-access records, viewing activity, completed lessons, downloaded materials, and other relevant usage information.

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

  • a substantial portion of the course, collection, or bundle has already been accessed, viewed, or completed;

  • downloadable materials have already been substantially downloaded or used;

  • the refund request is submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after purchase;

  • there is evidence of repeated refund requests or other misuse of this policy; or

  • the request falls within one of the non-refundable circumstances described below.

Refunds are not normally provided because of:

  • a change of mind;

  • failure to access, begin, use, or complete the course;

  • purchasing the wrong course, flower design, color option, collection, or bundle when the included content was clearly identified before purchase;

  • lack of required ingredients, piping tips, tools, equipment, software, or internet access;

  • scheduling conflicts or lack of available time;

  • dissatisfaction with personal artistic or technical results;

  • differences caused by skill level, ingredients, equipment, food coloring, temperature, humidity, or failure to follow the course instructions;

  • inability to meet personal, professional, or business goals;

  • incompatibility caused by a device, browser, software, or internet connection that does not meet the disclosed technical requirements; or

  • failure to use the purchased content during the applicable access period.

An approved refund will result in the termination of access to the applicable course, collection, bundle, and related digital materials.

3. Collections and Bundles

Purchases of course collections, packages, or bundles are treated as a single digital purchase.

A refund request for a collection or bundle will be evaluated based on the use of the collection or bundle as a whole.

We do not provide partial refunds for individual lessons, videos, flower designs, color variations, downloadable materials, or unused portions of a course, collection, or bundle.

If a refund for a collection or bundle is approved, access to the entire refunded collection or bundle will be terminated.

4. Additional Refund Exceptions

Regardless of the general refund limitations above, a refund or other appropriate remedy may be provided where:

  • required by applicable law;

  • you were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a verified payment-processing error;

  • Susanna’s Atelier is unable to provide the purchased digital content and cannot restore access or provide substantially equivalent access within a reasonable period; or

  • the purchased content was materially different from what was clearly represented on the applicable sales page and checkout page.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.

5. Technical Access Problems

A technical problem does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you experience difficulty accessing purchased content, please contact us at susanna@susannasatelier.com and provide:

  • the name and email address used for the purchase;

  • the course or product purchased;

  • the date of purchase;

  • a description of the problem; and

  • screenshots or other relevant information, where available.

We may attempt troubleshooting, restore access, provide replacement access, extend access where appropriate, or use another reasonable method to deliver the purchased content.

If Susanna’s Atelier is unable to provide or restore access within a reasonable period, the matter may qualify for a refund or other appropriate remedy under Section 4.

6. Course Discontinuation by Susanna’s Atelier

If Susanna’s Atelier permanently discontinues a purchased course before the end of an expressly stated access period, for reasons unrelated to your violation of our Terms of Service, we may provide an appropriate remedy, such as:

  • restored or replacement access;

  • access in an alternative format;

  • access to substantially comparable content;

  • an appropriate extension; or

  • a refund for the unavailable portion where another reasonable remedy cannot be provided.

No refund will be required solely because we update, reorganize, replace, improve, or modify course videos, lessons, materials, or delivery methods while continuing to provide the essential purchased content.

7. Suspension or Termination for Violations

If your account or course access is suspended or terminated because you shared your account, copied or distributed course materials, attempted unauthorized access, engaged in payment abuse, or otherwise materially violated our Terms of Service, fees already paid will remain non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

A legitimate billing dispute or legally protected chargeback right will not be treated as a violation merely because it is exercised in good faith.

8. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right, refund right, warranty, withdrawal right, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Customers in certain jurisdictions may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that beginning access to that content may affect or result in the loss of an otherwise applicable cancellation or withdrawal right.

If applicable law provides greater rights than those described in this policy, those legal rights will apply.

9. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Requests concerning duplicate charges, inability to access purchased content, material differences between the purchased content and its description, or other potentially applicable refund exceptions should also be submitted in writing.

  • the name and email address used for the purchase;

  • the course, collection, bundle, or digital product purchased;

  • the purchase date;

  • the reason for the refund request; and

  • any supporting information reasonably relevant to the request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Susanna’s Atelier may request information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase, review course usage, and evaluate eligibility under this policy.

If a refund is approved, access to the refunded digital content will be terminated.
